We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 days, however there may be a slight delay on holidays such as Christmas.

Will my order be confirmed?

After payment you will receive an email confirming your order. This means your order is being processed. To avoid problems, make sure your order is final and includes the full address.


How can I find my order?

You will receive a confirmation email from us with your tracking number. If you paste the "Track Order" link on the merchant's website, you can track your order here.

Where does my order come from?

To ensure that we can charge reasonable prices for our products, we ship the products to you directly from our warehouse. This means we can offer you the products at a reasonable price.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order is already on its way to you, we will no longer be able to cancel it as we have already covered the costs of shipping and packing your order at our warehouse. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before receiving our tracking information. The cancellation will then be confirmed by our team. I am not satisfied with my order.

How can I send them back?

We are curious what went wrong with your order. Since we offer free delivery when you order, you will have to pay the return shipping costs yourself. Before returning the goods, please wait for our team to send you the return label. If you returned the item to the wrong address, we cannot issue you a refund.

Where did my refund go?

Items that have been intentionally refused delivery cannot be refunded. You can return the item to the return address provided by us if you do not wish to keep it, but you will be charged for the return shipping costs.
